This 11-story, 204-foot steel frame structure houses a 275,000-square foot
ballroom and 275,000 square feet of convention space designed with 180’
floor trusses (18’ deep), as well as 240’roof trusses (23’-6” deep) creating
97,000 – 130,000 clear span open space overhead in the convention space and
ballroom level, respectively.
The two levels below ground will house the basement and valet areas.
