Guggenheim las vegas at the venetianLas Vegas, Nevada
"The Art of the Motorcycle”, The Guggenheim’s first exhibit, explored
motorcycles and technology. It
featured more than 120 motorcycles from 1868 to the present and 200 pieces
of motorcycle memorabilia.
Lochsa Engineering provided structural design services for this landmark
museum exhibit, featuring curved polished stainless steel walls, towering
chain-link curtains and glass floors. The new design responds to both the
massive scale of the new Guggenheim Las Vegas and the materials and
craftsmanship of the motorcycles themselves. his 53-story curved tower (2,500,000 sq. ft.) $2.7 billion property (2,040 hotel rooms) is the sister tower of the Wynn Las Vegas.
