This clinic is a full-service health center that tends to the medical needs of families and individual patients. The 45,000-square-foot complex was designed to help an under-served community and will be the first location to offer extended-hour urgent care center beyond Denver Health’s main campus.
This 16,000 square foot practice facility and front-office headquarters for the Chicago Bulls features state-of-the-art amenities for their NBA athletes and adds a pop of eye-catching architecture to the city of Chicago. Lochsa Engineering provided Interior and Exterior non-load bearing CFS Framing for the facility.
Sitting directly across from the student union, the Boise State Honors College has its first full-fledged home after nearly 40 years of honors programming. Lochsa provided structural engineering services for the new building which offers a variety of living and learning facilities, including dining areas, classrooms, study spaces and housing for 300 honors students.
The Center at Arrowhead serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care. With state-of-the-art equipment, this facility maintains a 96 bed, 75,700 sq ft, 3 story skilled nursing unit.
The 167,000-square-foot casino resort is designed with a variety of amenities to draw customers — a 300-room hotel in a 15-story tower to capitalize on the views, a 500-seat event center, buffet and gourmet restaurants, a coffee shop/café and a central bar.
