The project consisted of a 16,800 square foot 1 story Sanctuary Building and Meeting Rooms addition, a 1,400 square foot 1 story Kitchen and Storage addition and a 1,200 square foot 1 story Maintenance building addition.
JUMP—or Jack’s Urban Meeting Place—is a not-for-profit, interactive creative center and community gathering place in the heart of downtown Boise. JUMP is both a place and thing—a lively fusion of environment and experiences designed to help spark talents and interests you may not even know you have.
250 Columbine is situated in the heart of one of Denver's premiere neighborhoods, Cherry Creek North. Located on the block between 2nd and 3rd Avenue on Columbine Street, the mixed-use project includes retail, residential, and office space, all over two levels of underground parking.
A structural model of the project using Revit, was developed for the generation of the construction drawings by Lochsa Engineering. The working model was a 300 Level model which contained all structural elements with confirmed 3D object geometry necessary for the preparation of construction drawing.
Lochsa Engineering provided the structural engineering services for this renovation and rebuild project. The 60,000 SF warehouse was renovated while the existing office was demolished and rebuilt into a 27,867 SF two story office structure. Portions of the roof structure of the warehouse was shored up and protected during this process.
