Black Oak Casino

The Black Oak Casino was established by the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians.  This scenic property features a 22,000 square foot casino with slots, table games, restaurants, entertainment lounge and 24-lane bowling center.

Lochsa Engineering provided services for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the 10-acre project.  Our services included preparation of a drainage study, construction documents, environmental assessment assistance, site surveying, review of the project specifications and construction administration.  Additionally, our office provided structural design for the anchored keystone retaining walls along the Phase 1 Temporary Casino.
