Positions
Engineers
Structural Engineer - Project Manager:
PE preferred, SE a plus
2+ years experience
Experience in the design of all structural materials (structural steel,
concrete, masonry & wood)
Knowledge with RAM Structural System, ETABS, SAFE, RISA 3D, RAM Concept.
Civil Engineer - Project Manager:
PE preferred, B.S.C.E. required
2+ years experience
Knowledgeable in the land development, drainage, traffic and feasibility
studies.
Designers / Drafters
Structural Designer / Drafter:
2+ years experience
Knowledge of AutoCAD / REVIT a must (3-D, ADT and AutoLisp experience a
plus)
Familiar with design/drafting of all structural materials (structural
steel, concrete etc.)
Able to be project lead a plus
Civil Designer / Drafter:
2+ years experience
Knowledge of AutoCAD a must (Autodesk Civil 3-D, Land Development Desktop
experience a plus)
Familiar with design/drafting of land development projects, drainage,
traffic and feasibility studies.
Able to be project lead a plus
Surveying
Survey Party Chiefs
Requires experience equivalent to 3 years in responsible charge of a 2-3
man field crew providing boundary surveys, topographic surveys and
construction layout utilizing total station technologies. GPS experience is
a plus, but not mandatory.
Survey Chainman
Requires experience equivalent to 1 year of field crew providing boundary
surveys, topographic surveys and construction layout.
Survey Technicians
Requires experience equivalent to 1 year of supporting field crew
construction layout activities with calculations from AutoCAD drawing
information, checking of notes, downloading data collectors,
importing/exporting point data and basic AutoCAD drafting.

more dependents $45.73 employee co-pay per bi-weekly pay check

long-term disability if employee elects coverage.
- Miscellaneous
employee paid optional insurance benefits, including vision,

months. Lochsa Engineering matches up to 3%.
- Company paid sick
leave and vacation.
- One week of sick
leave, per year.
- Two weeks of
vacation leave per year,
