Lorenzi Park – Phase I

Renovation of a 37-acre portion of one of the oldest parks in the City of Las Vegas.  Demolition included removal of the sports fields and portions of the parking and trail systems.  Construction Plans included Utility relocation and piping design for fire hydrants, irrigation pumps and services to the new Concession Stand.  Construction plans detailed the new softball fields, tennis courts, Concession Stand, plaza area, child play areas and drainage upgrades.  Lochsa Engineering also did the design for the new trail system and remediation of the parking lot to bring those features up to current ADA accessibility code and integrate access throughout the park.
Lochsa also provided structural design for the softball field fencing and backstops, post-tensioned tennis court slabs and a new Concession Stand.
