GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Hedge has practiced Civil Engineering in Nevada since 1985. He has
worked on multiple site development projects in Nevada and throughout the
western United States. This work included management and design of
various aspects of projects including horizontal geometry, grading, street
design, as well as water, sewer and drainage design and analysis. His
duties currently include civil engineering management, market growth,
operations management and finance.
Mr. Hedge has been employed by Lochsa Engineering since co-founding the firm
in 1995.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Karren has practiced structural engineering in Utah since 1981 and in
Nevada since 1989. Mr. Karren joined Lochsa Engineering in 1996. He has
worked on structural engineering projects encompassing all four major
material types (i.e. steel, concrete, masonry and wood). He has also
specialized in the structural design of parking garages.

Mr. Peterson has practiced structural engineering in Nevada since 1984. He

high-rises towers and parking garages.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Egerton has practiced traffic engineering in Nevada since 1990. Mr.
Egerton joined Lochsa Engineering in 1996. He has worked on site
development throughout all of Clark County. This work included management
and design of various aspects of transportation projects including Traffic
Impact Studies, on-site circulation and striping plans, traffic signal
design, parking studies, pedestrian studies, off-site signage and striping,
and transportation demand management plans.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Davis is a registered Professional Land Surveyor with 20 years of
experience in Southern Nevada and Southern California regions. Mr. Davis
formed Lochsa Survey in 2001. Mr. Davis has been the chief in charge of the
direction, implementation and administration of survey and mapping services
for a wide variety of public and private sector work including major
highways, subdivisions, commercial, industrial, mega resorts, and
high-rises.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Zielinski worked as a Project Engineer and Project Manager for five
years before joining Lochsa Engineering in 1997. He has worked on a wide
variety of structural engineering projects encompassing all four major
material types (i.e. steel, concrete, masonry and timber). Mr. Zielinski
primarily specializes in large-scale structural steel structures, utilizing
special moment resisting frames and long span steel trusses.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Mize has practiced Civil Engineering in Nevada since 1993. Mr. Mize
joined Lochsa Engineering after 5 ½ years at the City of
Henderson. He has experience in both the private and public sector and has
provided design and management services for civil development throughout
all of Clark County. Primary experience has involved major commercial and
high profile gaming projects which require enhanced project coordination,
attention to detail and conformance with budgeting and scheduling concerns.

geometry calculations, grading and street design, as well as water, sewer
and drainage design and analysis as well as coordination with local, state,

GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Dr. Noshi possesses twenty-two years of
demonstrated experiences in the field of hydraulics and hydrology, flood
control and drainage, design of hydraulic structures, river morphology,
sediment transport and reservoir sedimentation.
He joined Lochsa Engineering in 2001.
He has provided hydraulic design and technical guidance
through supervising a large number of flood control projects in Nevada.
These projects covered a wide variety of flood control channels,
storm drains and detention basins, and extensive coordination with local,
regional and federal entities to satisfy their various design requirements.

Mr. McEntee is a registered Professional Land Surveyor with 17 years of

GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Fink started with Lochsa Engineering upon his arrival in Las Vegas and
gained invaluable experience working on all types of projects from tenant
improvements to 52 story high rise structures. He has been actively
involved in the firm's Middle East office to help westernize designs with
advanced structural modeling programs and experience.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Mahaffey’s experience prior to joining Lochsa includes five years with
the City of Los Angeles Structural Engineering Division and nine years of
providing design/management, client relations and supervising office
operations as Associate Manager of AHJ Engineers, P.C. He is responsible
for design of commercial, institutional, and residential projects. Such
responsibilities include design of structures utilizing concrete, steel,
masonry and wood systems. He is directly involved in preparation of project
proposals/contracts, load calculations, lateral analyses, specification
writing, construction document production and construction administration.
Mr. Mahaffey also possesses experience in the structural analysis and
design of bridges and earth retaining structures.
