Our Residential Civil Engineering staff provides Design and Development of Master Planned Communities and Multi-Use Developments. During the design/development of these projects we judiciously maximize the number of units for the acreage available, while still including green spaces, commercial developments and public services, such as schools and fire stations as maybe required. We work with the largest home builders/developers as well as the independent individuals.
