The building service as a healthcare facility for veterans offering primary care, mental health, radiology, blood draw, and a pharmacy. The building consists of a 38,000 square feet and is located off a regional roadway, Boulder Highway. Built along three similar facilities in the Las Vegas valley, the site was chosen to serve the growing veteran population.
This project involved the remodel of the Planet Hollywood frontage along Las Vegas Boulevard. Elements of the redesign included new exterior signage, balconies for outdoor dining, modification of the entrance ramps, and decorative elements in the sidewalk.
The first building at the Nevada State College officially designated 550 acre campus, the Liberal Arts and Science Building consisted of 42,000 square foot building on 5 acres. This building consists of a number of classroom, labs, facility offices and support services. The building was oriented to maximize its north-south exposure and fit into the desert environment.
The Harmon Retail Center is a 110,000 square foot retail development in a three story building located at the intersection of Harmon Boulevard at Las Vegas Boulevard. The project is unique in that access to the pedestrians is achieved not only from the ground level but by offering direct access from the adjacent pedestrian bridges over the adjacent roadways.

Serving the community in the northern part of the town, the Sky view Multi-Generational Center partnered with the YMCA to provide a community meeting place and recreation center. The facility is composed of a 35,700 square foot building contained a fitness center, indoor pool, senior center, multipurpose rooms that offer a variety of programs.
The building served as an expansion of the city’s municipal court system with the construction of a 96,000SF two story building. The building was designed to add three additional court rooms, a detention facility, administrative offices, booking facilities, and house the city attorney general’s criminal division.
