Lochsa Engineering provided the structural engineering services for this renovation and rebuild project. The 60,000 SF warehouse was renovated while the existing office was demolished and rebuilt into a 27,867 SF two story office structure. Portions of the roof structure of the warehouse was shored up and protected during this process.
