Clark County Wetlands Park and Education Center

The Visitor and Education Center, near the entrance to Clark County’s 2900-acre Wetlands Park, is an excellent example of appropriate and ecologically responsible architecture.  A pier system and flood control berms ensure safety from flash floods by elevating the 30,000 square foot facility above the 100-year flood plain while preserving the natural vegetation.

MJ Dean Office Complex

This two-building complex was created by utilizing common concrete tilt-up panels as the major building component and highlighting them in a unique and creative perspective.  The exterior concrete panels range in size, intersect each other at different angles, come through exterior walls and are painted five different desert colors, creating a consistent and contemporary appearance.  The entran

RTC Bonneville Transit Center

This transit center is located in downtown Las Vegas and serves as the flagship terminal for the regional bus system. The 20,000 square foot building was constructed in part with ARRA and FTA funds and received the Certified LEED Platinum. The site has 16 on-site vehicle bays, 100 bicycle racks, a bike shop, and reserved parking for hybrid vehicles.

UNLV Greenspun Building

The project occupies a former parking lot.  Demolition plans were prepare to remove existing facilities and relocate existing infrastructure.  Detailed Civil design included grading the project site to match into all four sides of existing development and to channel stormwater into planter areas to be harvested for irrigation.  Coordinated the site credits for LEED certification.  Infrastructur
