Lochsa Engineering provided the following engineering and design elements for this project: A mixture of CMU bearing/shear walls, steel columns, steel beams, steel girders, light gauge shear/bearing walls, light gauge roof joists, concrete pad and strip footings. The majority of the building is 2 stories, with an elevated mechanical hallway system and a gymnasium.

Lochsa Engineering provided structural wall elevations and details for the exterior light gauge steel stud framing and provided structural plans and details for a wood framed trellis located on the second floor just west of the second floor conference room.
The 167,000-square-foot casino resort is designed with a variety of amenities to draw customers — a 300-room hotel in a 15-story tower to capitalize on the views, a 500-seat event center, buffet and gourmet restaurants, a coffee shop/café and a central bar.
The project consisted of a 16,800 square foot 1 story Sanctuary Building and Meeting Rooms addition, a 1,400 square foot 1 story Kitchen and Storage addition and a 1,200 square foot 1 story Maintenance building addition.

Due to budgeting concerns, Lochsa Engineering helped develop cost effective structural engineering alternatives while working with the architect to achieve the desired appearance and functionality.

Lochsa Engineering provided the structural engineering for this single story steel structure. This phase of work was in conjunction with the installation of the adjacent pre-manufactured steel building. The primary lateral bracing system for the building was accomplished by utilizing cable cross-bracing.
