Elko County Visitor Authority Conference Center

This single-story 28,834 sf masonry building is to serve as Elko, Nevada's new convention center. Lochsa Engineering provided the structural engineering and BIM work for the project.

Elko County Jail - Men's and Women's Housing Addition

The project consists of a 1,129 square foot one story women's housing addition and a 8,539 square foot two story men's housing addition.

250 Columbine

250 Columbine is situated in the heart of one of Denver's premiere neighborhoods, Cherry Creek North. Located on the block between 2nd and 3rd Avenue on Columbine Street, the mixed-use project includes retail, residential, and office space, all over two levels of underground parking.

Boise State University Lincoln Parking Garage

This post-tension concrete parking garage on Boise State University’s campus is five levels, 720 spaces and 225,540 SF. This is an addition to an existing parking structure, thus requiring addtional coordination between disciplines.

C. Stein Distribution Center

Lochsa Engineering provided the structural engineering services for this renovation and rebuild project. The 60,000 SF warehouse was renovated while the existing office was demolished and rebuilt into a 27,867 SF two story office structure. Portions of the roof structure of the warehouse was shored up and protected during this process.
