This transit center is located in downtown Las Vegas and serves as the flagship terminal for the regional bus system. The 20,000 square foot building was constructed in part with ARRA and FTA funds and received the Certified LEED Platinum. The site has 16 on-site vehicle bays, 100 bicycle racks, a bike shop, and reserved parking for hybrid vehicles.
Serving the employees of the Bellagio Resort and City Center, the Bellagio employee parking garage consists of 5,160 parking spacing in a 10 story structure. The parking structure served as a replacement for the existing parking lot that was used for development of the City Center project.
Lochsa Engineering provided the civil and flood control design for the 20-acre condominium towers site, as well as the design of the Clark County Regional Flood Control District (CCRFCD) master-planned storm drain to intercept and convey the Blue Diamond Wash-Middle Branch through the property.
