Plaza 121 Office Building

Lochsa Engineering provided structural engineering design for the remodel / retrofit of this six-story building in downtown Boise. Exterior brick walls were seismically restrained back to existing structure to comply with current building codes. Existing steel framing was analyzed for seismic and wind loading and reinforced as needed in areas that were overstressed.

UNR Residence Hall, Cooper Court - "Peavine Hall"

UNR Residence hall, is a 5 story student housing facility that is approximately 117,000 sq. ft. at the University of Nevada in Reno. 

Seneca Apartments "Cielo Apartments"

Seneca Apartments are a new 32 story apartment building in downtown Seattle Washington. The building hosts 335 units and street level retail space.

Findlay North Volkswagon

Lochsa Engineering provided the structural engineering for this single story steel structure.  This phase of work was in conjunction with the installation of the adjacent pre-manufactured steel building.  The primary lateral bracing system for the building was accomplished by utilizing cable cross-bracing.
