This project included the Design/Build of a new 105,552 SF warehouse facility. The new warehouse was constructed adjacent to three existing structures that are part of the Scentsy campus. The warehouse was designed to complement the newly renovated facades of the existing structures.
Lochsa Engineering provided the structural engineering services for Nunhems new onion bulb processing facility known as “Building Q”. The primary function of this $2.7 million structure is to provide the majority of the company’s local onion bulb storage and umbel drying needs. The Parma, Idaho Nunhems campus serves as the U.S. headquarters.
Lochsa Engineering provided the structural engineering services for this renovation and rebuild project. The 60,000 SF warehouse was renovated while the existing office was demolished and rebuilt into a 27,867 SF two story office structure. Portions of the roof structure of the warehouse was shored up and protected during this process.
