• Wood-framed bearing walls
• Wood structural panel shear walls
• Engineered plywood web roof and floor joists
• Supports for the pre-manufactured “swoof” (curved, swooping roof) and porte-cochere
• Steel framing at 2^nd level with steel braced frames and moment frames at main level for open floor plan at 1^st level
• Steel framed stair landings and stringers
