One of Southern Nevada’s tallest tilt-up construction buildings, this

150,000 square foot Class A Office Building is the local headquarters for

Credit One. The project features four levels of office space, a kitchen, 2-story

entry, large data center and a 16-foot tall steel screen wall surrounding roof top

mechanical equipment.

The typical 30-foot wide tilt-up panels stand 62 feet in height and weigh

more than 250,000 lbs. The balance of the structure is comprised of structural

steel with composite floors.

Approximate construction cost was $34 million (USD).
