Owned and operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida this Art Deco themed property is highlighted by a 12-story first-class boutique hotel and a Las Vegas-style casino.   The 210,000 square foot low rise features a variety of restaurants, a night club, fitness center, 10,000 square foot meeting space, an 8,000 square foot grand ballroom and other exciting entertainment venues which complement the 90,000 square foot casino.  Outside, hotel guests can enjoy a lush, tropical pool area with cascading fountains and specially equipped cabanas.

The tower is constructed with 8-inch thick post-tensioned concrete slabs that support the 250-luxury room hotel.  The tower lateral system consists of concrete shear walls, supported on spread foundations and designed to withstand the code prescribed coastal wind forces.  The low-rise building is constructed of structural steel with concentric steel braced frames.
