The Center at Arrowhead serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care. With state-of-the-art equipment, this facility maintains a 96 bed, 75,700 sq ft, 3 story skilled nursing unit.  The building is a steel framed structure, with the roof constructed using steel deck over wide flange steel joists, supported on a steel beam and column system.  An elevated mechanical platform is also located on the roof.

The 2nd and 3rd floors are constructed using concrete topping and composite steel deck over composite steel beams, all supported on steel columns.  The lateral system consists of several concentric braced frames.  The foundation system utilizes a conventional spread footing system.

Lochsa Engineering also provided structural engineering services for the exterior non-bearing light gauge stud framing.
