A $60 million upscale residential high-rise development under construction at Las Vegas Boulevard opened a 1,700-square-foot model unit in September 2004 at Neonopolis. This structure was modeled after New York’s artsy SoHo neighborhood.

This 16-story 225-foot tower has 120 units including eight penthouse suites, and seventy percent of the ground floor will be retail shops and restaurants. SoHo Lofts will be the closest high-rise to downtown Las Vegas.
