Our team recently completed structural engineering services for a three-story, 55,000-square-foot steel-framed medical office building in Caldwell. The structure utilizes steel braced frames for lateral resistance. We served as the Engineer of Record for both the primary steel structure and the cold-formed steel (CFS) exterior framing. Some of the unique design challenges involved the large cantilevered canopies and entry stairs. This project highlights our ability to deliver thoughtful, coordinated structural solutions for technically challenging building features.
