As the cold-formed steel (CFS) engineering partner on this transformative project, Lochsa played a key role in bringing one of the nation's premier convention destinations into the future. The renovation reimagined the LVCC campus with expanded event spaces, enhanced guest experiences, improved connectivity, and iconic architectural features—all while overcoming complex design challenges.

Using an innovative point cloud–based CFS framing model, our team successfully engineered the highly complex geometry of the Main Lobby ceiling, delivering precision, efficiency, and seamless coordination across the project. This achievement reflects the talent, innovation, and dedication of everyone involved and showcases the impact of advanced engineering solutions on large-scale projects.
