250 Columbine is situated in the heart of one of Denver’s premiere neighborhoods, Cherry Creek North. Located on the block between 2nd and 3rd Avenue on Columbine Street, the mixed-use project includes retail, residential, and office space, all over two levels of underground parking. The project features 80,000 square feet of single and multi-tenant office space, 71 condominium residences, and over 30,000 square feet of retail space.
The unique stair-step exterior allows the building to blend into the neighborhood, while providing a truly remarkable living, working, shopping and dining experience.
Lochsa Engineering generated the in place shop drawings for the residential building, as well as the light gauge panel drawings for the exterior facade of the office building for project.
