Located in the Albuquerque, New Mexico, Kirtland Air Force Base is one of the largest installations in the Air Force Materiel Command. Due to the growth of the AFB, several additional structures were built in the area. Lochsa Engineering provided structural design services for 24,693 SF additional space needed for flight simulator bays, training classrooms and office space. Both structures include multi-purpose rooms, mission planning, IG rooms, cockpit procedure rooms, conference rooms, office space, break room, and classrooms.
