Tower 1 is a 1 million square foot, concrete cast-in-place structure with a steel frame and EIFS facade, described as “uniquely designed with curves”. It is located on 32 acres at the southwest corner of Valley View Boulevard and West Flamingo Road. The Casino Hotel consists of 200,000 square foot building with a 403-foot tall hotel tower housing 470 rooms. The original tower is 30-stories tall with single-story lowrise containing 95,000 square feet of casino area, three multi-purpose entertainment venues having 1,200 seats, seven restaurants and a 14-screen movie theater with stadium style seating. Additionally, there are two five-level, 1,000-space parking structures on the east and west sides.
Completed in 2005, this 29 story (393' tall) is the second tower at the Palms Casino and includes luxury suites and a 2-story high venue area on the top two floors of the tower. A rooftop entertainment location highlights the newest tower in the Palms Las Vegas high rise condominiums. This dining and entertainment center is a joint-venture between the Palms, Playboy Enterprises, and the N9NE Group.
