Lochsa had the privilege of providing full construction surveying for this 5-acre, multi-theater, and concert venue, situated at the crossroads of Grand Central Parkway and Bonneville Avenue. Our team also played a vital role in the engineering and implementation of the Cold Formed Steel (CFS) framing for the support of the exterior and interior finish systems of the structure.
